Holding Multitudes: Grief care for clinicians in reproductive health
Live Poetry Reading by Poet Laureate Anna C. Martinez and featuring selected poems from the anthology Wildling and Sprout.
Grief is universal, crossing boundaries between the personal and
professional. Clinicians are invited to a participatory, immersive exploration of how to tend to our own grief and offer empathetic care in a sustainable manner to our patients in the reproductive spectrum.

Join us for an afternoon of cooking, connection and stories. While we cook, we will reflect on the ancestral rituals of wrapping and crafting with our hands. What memories live in our bodies and what do they taste like? We invite you to unwrap and taste the memories and arrive at home to your body. A celebration of yuca, plantain and spices.

What Is Your Grief Craving? 2 Weeks of Journaling & Holiday Support
Join Roshni and Rebecca from Marigolde for a 2 week sensory journaling experience that explores how we can tend to our grief through food and rituals during the holiday season.
Why do we ask the body, mind, and soul what our grief is craving?
Cooking and eating are everyday acts of ceremony and cornerstones of celebrations and remembering. They are how we nourish ourselves and our community. They are how we remember our ancestors, connect to the land, and build resilience and wellness.
The weight of grief changes us, and the expectations of the holidays can bring up feelings of dread and disconnection. We created this two week offering to give us all a space where we can go deeper during this season.
Grief can be a powerful guide to connecting with what our body and soul is craving. In our time together, we will explore how grief shows up in the body, how we can reclaim our ancestral and family traditions of comfort food and what it means to feed and nourish ourselves.
Community Ancestral Kitchen Altar Building & Podcast Launch Party
At Marigolde, we believe that our ancestral foods are a tether to our roots, our foundation, and an anchor in times of grief. We would love to celebrate the foods of our lands and lineages with you! Bring a food, spice, your favorite fruit or herb, or even a kitchen tool that represents your ancestral foods.
