We offer a space for you and your family to have a dialogue around health realted concerns and the emotional and practical aspects of concern. We serve as consultants and advocates. We do not provide medical advice rather education to inform, clarify and advocate for the best care.
-
We recognize there can be discomfort and emotional barriers to approaching hard conversations, we can consult with you and think of strategies of including loved ones later in the process.

In my experience of over a decade as a Palliative Care, Home Health and ICU Nurse, i have seen families need time, space, guidance and education that are deeply limited in a healthcare setting. I help you to see the challenges at hand, identify strengths, acknowledge worries and make plans that can be continued to modified.

Roshni was incredibly helpful in navigating my father's dementia care, we wanted to avoid a crisis and got wonderful guidance and information that we would not have gotten from our medical team.

As a south asian immigrant family, this was the first time we have ever had to deal with a complex health scare for our parent. Roshni was able to attend to our cultural ways and needs, and communicate complex health information in a simple manner that reassured our family.

Roshni offers a clear picture and can read the subtle dynamics at play. She can get to the bottom of complex family dynamics. We are grateful for her support in being honest about the situation our family was facing.
